Rights and permitted material
By uploading or linking photos, images, music, playlists, videos, flyers or text, you represent that you have rights or permission for the requested use. Illegal material, child exploitation, threats, harassment, unauthorized personal data and infringing content are prohibited. PaemGo hosts and displays content and may restrict access on a substantiated report.
Infringement notice and removal
Email hdmarketingsa@gmail.com with your physical or electronic signature, identification of the protected work, exact URL of the reported material, contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, agent or law, and a statement of accuracy and authority under penalty of perjury. We review notices and, when appropriate, promptly remove or disable access and notify the uploader. Listing this contact does not represent that PaemGo has a registered DMCA agent or guarantee safe-harbor eligibility.
Counter-notice
If removal was mistaken, provide your signature, identification and former location of the material, contact details and a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury. Where the US procedure applies, include consent to the relevant federal jurisdiction and service from the complainant. Reinstatement follows applicable legal requirements and time periods, including whether a court action has been filed.
Repeat infringement and abuse
