PaemGo

Terms of Service

Version: 2026-10-17

Accounts and children

An adult aged 18 or over must create the account and take responsibility for the family information they provide. PaemGo is intended for adults, not children under 13. Children under 13 may not create their own accounts. If we learn of unauthorized direct collection from a child, we will restrict access and address the parent's or guardian's request for review or deletion. Adult supervision does not replace legally required verifiable parental consent.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of photos, images, text, dates, music, YouTube links, playlists and flyers. You represent that you have the rights or permission needed to upload, link, share and display them to your chosen recipients and screens. You grant PaemGo a limited license to host, technically process and display that content solely to provide the service. Anyone receiving a signed public card link can view it; share carefully.

Third-party content

PaemGo hosts and displays content; it does not acquire third-party rights or guarantee availability. YouTube and other providers have their own terms. Report infringements under our Content Policy. We may remove content, restrict access and terminate repeat infringers.

Plans, trials and promotions

Prices, billing periods, taxes, trial length and offer conditions are disclosed before purchase. Free plans and some promotions include advertising. The $1 entry promotion and discounts follow the checkout disclosures; a later balance charge and renewals at the authorized regular price may apply. Stripe handles payments. Cancel through the panel or contact us to prevent future renewals. Payments are nonrefundable except where law requires otherwise; cancellation does not remove accrued obligations. No free trial is promised unless included in the offer.

Reminders and screens

Email, SMS, push and synchronization depend on networks, permissions, devices and providers. We do not guarantee reminder delivery or timing, or that a screen is powered on, connected or audible. Do not rely solely on PaemGo for emergencies, medication or critical obligations.

As-is service and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available without warranties of merchantability, fitness or uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities or data, or third-party failures. Aggregate liability for service claims is limited to the fees paid to PaemGo in the twelve months preceding the event. Non-excludable legal liabilities remain unaffected.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from content you publish without rights, unlawful use or breach of these terms, subject to notice and a reasonable opportunity to participate in the defense.

Texas and disputes

Texas law applies without overriding mandatory consumer protections. Contact us first to try to resolve disputes within 30 days. Unresolved disputes are subject to individual binding arbitration in Texas under the American Arbitration Association consumer rules and the Federal Arbitration Act where applicable. Class actions are waived to the extent lawful. Eligible small-claims actions and legally non-arbitrable remedies are preserved. You may opt out of arbitration by email within 30 days of first accepting these terms.

Changes and contact

We publish the version and effective date and request renewed acceptance in the panel when the version changes. Support, privacy and complaints: hdmarketingsa@gmail.com.
